1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition with following reliefs:

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to decide the representation within time frame of 2 months in accordance with law.
(ANNEXURE P/1). 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be
disposed of with a direction to the respondents-authorities concerned to consider and decide the pending representations of the petitioner Annexures P-1, P-4, P-5, at the earliest within specified time.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they are having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Considering facts of the case, submission of counsel for the respective parties, writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondents- authorities to consider and decide the pending representations of the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably, within an outer limit of ‘3 months’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. CC as per rules.
