It is informed by learned A.G.A. that the Bar Association of Allahabad High Court has passed a resolution that all the members of the Bar will abstain from judicial work. 3. The instant application has been filed to direct the court below to conclude the case No. 379 of 2024, arising out of case crime No. 163 of 2023, u/s 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Daraganj, District Prayagraj within stipulated time. 4. From perusal of the record, it appears that in the proceeding in question charge sheet was filed on 13.11.2024 and on the same day cognizance was also taken by the court below. The case is pending at summoning stage and till date bailable warrant or non bailable warrant has not been issued. 5. At this stage, it would not be appropriate to direct the court below to expedite the trial. However, the applicant is at liberty to file an application u/s 529 BNSS at appropriate stage. 6.
