The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 01.06.2012 (Annexure-6), issued by the 4th Respondent and the order dated 08.01.2015 (Annexure-7), issued by the 3rd Respondent; whereby in pursuance to the order dated 22.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 3057 of 2013 (Annexure-1), for considering the case of the Petitioner for approval of his appointment on the post of Dalpati has been rejected. 3. It has been informed by Ld. Counsel for both the parties that now, the post of Dalpati is no more and the same has 2025:JHHC:29506 2 already been abolished; as such, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 4.
