GP for Services I The Court made the following Order : The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in the present case vide Lr.SA.No.560/P1/201415 dated 11.03.2014 which are communicated to the applicant vide Proceedings Lr.SA.No.1565/P3/2017-18, dated 11.01.2018 wherein rejecting the claim for family pension to the applicant on the ground that her father expired on 27.02.2001 i.e., before the cut-off dated 22.06.2004 by 2 W.P(AT) No.2036 of 2021 ignoring the dependability of the applicant as illegal proper unjust arbitrary violation of principles of Natural Justice and contrary to the law settled by this Hon‟ble tribunal in OA No.2634 of 2014 dated 12.07.2017 and set aside the same consequently direct the respondent to release the family pension to the applicant from the date of her fathers death together with 12 percent interest…” 2. No representation for the petitioner today inspite of posting the matter under the caption „for dismissal‟ as there was no representation on 19.04.2024 and 12.03.2025. 3. Sri.Voyyuru Ram Manohar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I is present. 4. Hence the present writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
