Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Kotalpokhar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2), 311 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal. 3. On 02.02.2025, at about 02:00 A.M., dacoity was committed in the jewelry shop of the informant. Unknown dacoits took away jewelries worth Rs. 4 lakhs from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R, nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Kotalpokhar P.S.
