Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No. 126 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (b), 111(3), 310(4), 310(5), 312, 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(1-A), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 25(6) of the Arms Amendment Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. On 03.06.2025 at about 6.10 am, Bankmore Police on the basis of confidential information apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons near Kumar Petrol Pump, Bankmore. On search, arms and ammunitions were recovered from possession of co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Bankmore P.S.
