Instructions have been placed before this Court by learned Standing Counsel and are taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent nos.3 and 4 to declare the land bearing Gata No.1074Mi area 0.2050 hectare, Gata No.826Mi area 0.2050 hectare, Gata No.615Mi area 0.2050 hectare and Gata No.515Mi area 0.2050 hectare situated in Village Kisharwal, Pargana & Tehsil Akbarpur, District-Kanpur Dehat as transferable right in favour of the tenure holders (petitioners)." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has stated that petitioners have been declared bhumidhar with transferable rights and entry has also been made in the khatauni. 5. In view of the above, no cause of action survives, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to record.
