Heard the parties. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.298 of 2025 (Sessions Trial No.102 of 2025), MCRA 697 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/109/3 (5) of B.NS., 2023, charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken under Sections 103(1), 109, 118(2) and 238/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 4. It is alleged that petitioner Bandhana Oraon had instigated the petitioners Mohan Oraon and Babulal Oraon to stab the deceased. Both the petitioners Mohan Oraon and Babulal Oraon stabbed the deceased several time due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 5.
