ORAL ORDER
1. The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct revenue authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner to delete the entry regarding non-payment of land revenue in the revenue records and restore the name of the petitioner in respect of land bearing Sy.No.193 measuring 6 acres 35 guntas of Tandavapura village, Chikkaiahna Chatra Hobli, Nanjangud Taluk.
2. If an entry has been made in the revenue records that the land revenue has not been paid, the land owner would be entitled to seek for deletion of the name by offering to pay the arrears of land revenue.

3. The petitioner claims that he has made such an application and once such an application is made offering to pay the arrears of land revenue, the Authorities are bound to accept the same and delete the entry as BEELU and restore the name of the petitioner and his family members.
4. In the light of the above, the respondent No.3 is
directed to pass necessary orders on the offer made by the petitioner vide Annexure-G dated 28.03.2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
5. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
