Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 13.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72922 of 2024. 3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 506, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. This application has been filed prematurely. I am not inclined to hear this bail application at this stage. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again.
