The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, who was strangulated to death in her matrimonial home. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 5. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
