Ashok Kumar vs State of H.P. and others CMP No. 21886 of 2025 in Exe. Pet. No. 412 of 2025 21.11.2025 Present: M/s. Daleep Singh Kaith and Saroj, Advocates for the applicant/petitioner. Mr. Rajpal Thakur, Additional Advocate General for the non-applicants/respondents. In light of the fact that the representation of the petitioner stands decided by the respondents, this Court is of the considered view that present proceedings have lost their efficacy. Surviving grievance of the petitioner, if any, against the employer, can be redressed if the petitioner approaches the Court afresh. Faced with this situation, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that then liberty to approach the Court afresh with regard to the surviving grievance of the petitioner be granted. In view of this, these proceedings are closed, with liberty as prayed for. (Ajay Mohan Goel) Judge November 21, 2025 (narender)
