The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer : “It is therefore prayed that this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order passed by RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN Date: 2025.01.29 14:31:50 +0530 2 the 2nd Additional to the 1st Additional Sessions Judge Raipur in criminal revision No. 533/2017 on 25.08.2018 and quash the charges framed by the Trial Court on 20.11.2017 in criminal case No. 6774/2017 to secure the ends of Justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the petition, as the trial is at the verge of conclusion. Therefore, the counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 4. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.
