The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Daily Market P.S. Case No. 32 of 2022, for the offence registered under Sections 153A/115/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that several accused persons have been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi, in connection with Daily Market P.S.
