Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Majhiaon P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 109, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 10.07.2025 at about 12:00 noon, accused persons intercepted the informant near Mukhdeo High School, Majhiaon. It is alleged that co- accused Sheikh Naim fired at the informant, but he had a providential escape. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused namely, Twinkal Khan. It was finally submitted that co-accused namely Takare Alam Khan @ Twinkal Khan has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.9116 of 2025 vide order dated 07.10.2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of in connection with Majhiaon P.S.
