PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This criminal petition has been filed by the petitioner-accused seeking for modification of the order dated 30-07-2025 in Criminal M.P.No. 2279 of 2025 on the file of the Court of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum – Special Judge for trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam (for short, 'the trial Court'). 2. The learned trial Court, by order dated 30-07-2025 in Criminal M.P.No. 2279 of 2023, enlarged the petitioner-accused on bail subject to his executing a self bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each. The present criminal petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition as the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition. The petitioner is native of Odisha State. He has been in judicial custody for the past 102 days. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on 30-07-2025 in Criminal M.P.No. 2279 of 2025 is relaxed. The petitioner-accused shall be released on bail on his executing a self bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of learned VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class for Railways, Visakhapatnam.
