Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 480/2025, for the offences registered under Section 111(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(6), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. On 26.12.2024, the petitioner and co-accused person were apprehended by Katras Police from Gopalpur, Nichitpur Station road. On search, one pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than ten months. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was finally submitted that co-accused Ganesh Gupta has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7613/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Katras P.S.
