Case No. 176 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Javed Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 08.09.2024, petitioner along with the co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the husband of the Informant when he had gone to attend the call of nature, due to which, he sustained injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Javed Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Barkatha P.S.
