Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a student of Class 12th who have given examination in two regions i.e. Bhopal Region and Bhubaneswar Region and due to transfer of his mother, he had no option except to join in the second region and the claim of the petitioner has not been considered whereby, the petitioner has already raised the objection regarding non-calculation of his practical marks in both the terms i.e. first term which was concluded in Bhopal Region and the second term, which was concluded in Bhubaneshwar 3 Region. The parents of the petitioner made various objections before the respondent authorities with regard to the issue involved in the present case and have prayed to add the marks of both the practical examinations which were conducted in both the regions, but till date, even after submitting the regional marksheets and representations by the petitioner/parents, no decision has been taken, due to which, petitioner is suffering unnecessarily and is not able to submit the regional marksheet before the concerned department where he has been presently studying. 3.
