Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- i) “That the judgment dated 21.06.2025 contained in Annexure P-4 may kindly be quashed and set aside by issuing a writ of certiorari. ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay adequate compensation of Rs.8 lakh to the petitioner of his land comprised in Khata Khatauni No.676 min/976, Khasra No.5648, situated at Phati Kharahal Kothi Kais, Tehsil and District Kullu, H.P. by issuing a writ of mandamus.” 2. The first relief is for the quashing of the judgment passed by the learned District Judge, in an application filed under Section 16(3) of the Indian Telegraph Act. 2 3. In the light of the law declared by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Radhey Shyam and another versus Chhabi Nath and others (2015) 5 Supreme Court Cases 423 that judicial orders cannot be interfered under Article 226 of the constitution of India, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for the same relief.
