This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.05/2025 registered at Police Station – Shivrinarayan, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) under Sections 420 & 34 of the IPC. 2. Learned State Counsel has pointed out that the present bail VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2025.08.12 11:48:40 +0530 2 application appears to have been filed after the filing of the final report. It is stated that although the FIR was registered against the applicant and other co-accused persons under Sections 420 and 34 of the IPC, the charge sheet was submitted against applicant for the offences under Sections 467, 468, and 201 of the IPC, which were added during the course of investigation along with the offences under Sections 420 and 34 of the IPC. It is further stated that the present bail application has been filed only for the offences under Sections 420 and 34 of the IPC, and the same was earlier rejected by the trial Court. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he prays for permission to withdraw the present application with liberty fo file afresh. 4. In view of the above, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
