This is an application for restoration of the writ petition No. 1566 of 2009 which was dismissed for default on 02.8.2018. There is a delay of 18 days. The respondent does not object to such delay. Delay is condoned. 2. Having regard to the averments made in paragraph 7 and 8 of the application, I am of the view that the petitioner has sufficiently explained the reason for delay and for his non appearance before this Court on 02.8.2018. 3. The CAN 4/2018 is allowed and WPA 1566/2009 is restored to its original number. 4. Let the original writ petition appear on 13th February, 2026. 5.
