While placing on record copy of order dated 12.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General states that case of the petitioner has been considered in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, but since petitioner herein has not been found to be similarly situate to the case Neelam Kaushal, his representation has been rejected. Since there was only positive direction to consider the case of the petitioner in light of aforesaid judgment, no action of the respondents can be said to be contemptuous. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to the order passed in purported compliance of the judgment alleged to have been violated.
