Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS in connection with FIR No. 294/2024 registered at Police Station Shyam Nagar District Jaipur City (South) for the offence(s) under Sections 8/21 of NDPS Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has nothing to do with the present case, therefore, his bail application may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application and submits that one similar nature of the case is pending against the petitioner, therefore, his bail application may be dismissed. 4. After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner does not press this bail application and states that petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned Court and seeks liberty to file regular bail application before the trial court.
