1. The criminal revision has been preferred by the applicant against the
order dated 23.06.2022 passed by the Special Judge (Electricity Act), Ambikapur, District Surguja (CG) in Complaint Case No. 04/2018, whereby a charge under Section 135 (1)(b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 has been framed against the applicant/accused (henceforth referred to as ‘applicant’).

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the concerned Complaint Case No.04/2018 has been disposed of by the Special Court and the applicant has been acquitted from the charge under Section 135 (1)(b) of the Electricity Act, 2003, hence this criminal revision has become infructuous.
3. In view of above, this criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/-
