Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that one of the injured witness has not been impleaded as a respondent, whose consent is necessary for adjudication of the present controversy. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition after impleading the other injured witness as a respondent.
