Instructions dated 02.05.2025 under the signature of District Supply Officer, Prayagraj is placed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents, is taken on record. 2. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that sum of Rs. 21,486/- has been paid in the Bank Account of the petitioner. It is further stated that certain payments are still pending due to non availability of the succession certificate. 3. After going through the aforesaid averments as contained in the aforesaid instructions, it is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner will submit necessary relevant documents as per the instructions with the authorities concerned, expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 5.In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit relevant documents as per the averments made in the instructions, ventilating all his grievances before the authority concerned within a period of two weeks from today.
