The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chaibasa Muffassil P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 65(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, charged has been framed under Sections 65(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Section 6 r/w 5(m) of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge- II-cum, Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. On 14.12.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim has been examined during the trial and she has supported the prosecution case. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
