The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No.23782 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 47(a), 47(b), 47(e), 52(d) and 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi. On 23.07.2025, informant party seized several vehicles. on search 2070 Liters English liquor was recovered from one of the vehicles. Petitioner was driving one of the vehicles from which nothing was recovered. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since last three months. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi, in connection with Complaint Case No.23782 of 2025.
