the non-applicants/respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands complied with. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that sums of Rs.8,45,875/- and Rs.6,76,700/- stand paid to the applicant/petitioner on account of DCRG and leave encashment, vide cheque No.206937 dated 04.11.2025.
Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents states that interest, on account of delayed payment, shall be paid to the applicant/petitioner expeditiously within two weeks. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingy, the same
are
closed with
a
direction
to
the
non-applicants/respondents to ensure that interest, on account of delayed payment, is released in favour of the applicant/ petitioner expeditiously, preferably within two weeks, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/
