Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for respondent no.4, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 19.08.2021 registered as Case Crime No.1732 of 2021, under sections 452, 354, 354-A, 354-B, 504, 506, IPC, Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, against the petitioner only and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and the same has been challenged by the petitioner by filing the connected Criminal Misc. Application (U/s 482) Cr.P.C. No.40429 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to demonstrate that this case comes under any of the exceptions laid down by the Apex Court in the case of State of Haryana Vs. Bhajan Lal, AIR 1992 SC 604. 4. Hence no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
