JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 26.05.2026 Heard Mr. N Barman, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S Mitra, the learned appearing for the respondent No.2. 2. Today, Mr. Mitra has conceded to the fact that the provision of law as contained under Section 175 (3) of the BNS, 2023 was not complied with while filing the Complaint Petition. 3. Therefore, Mr. Mitra submits that he wants to withdraw the Complaint Petition. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 5. The Complaint Case No.48/2025 pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati stands withdrawn. 6.
