2 COMMON ORDER: I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed seeking to compound the offence. I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed to permit the Respondent No.2 to compromise the case with Petitioner/Accused. Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present. They filed a joint memo stating that they have compromised the matter. For the reasons mentioned in the above memo and also the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, I.A.No.1 & 2 of 2025 are allowed, permitting the Respondent No.2 to compromise the case with Petitioner/Accused. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised, Respondent No.2 is permitted to compound the offence under Section 320(6) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ The
judgment dated 30.08.2022 in Crl.A.No.177/2017 on the file of the XII Additional District Judge-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada; the
