No. 368 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khunti. 3. Petitioner happens to be wife of the deceased Somlal Singh who was murdered inside his house. Petitioner has also made extra judicial confession of her guilt. 4.
