JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. The grievance of the petitioner herein is with regard to entering the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and in this regard, the petitioner has referred to the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.54068/2014 disposed of on 27.11.2020 (Annexure-C) in respect of the claim made by the other purchasers of the land in the same survey number. 3. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, respondent No.3 shall consider the application dated 12.07.2024 (Annexure-G) filed by the petitioner, within outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If respondent No.3 requires any details in respect of the subject land is concerned, it is open for the respondent No.3 to direct the petitioner to submit such records that may be required for preparation of the missing record, and as such, direct respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Srinivasapura Taluk, to mutate the name of the petitioner in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20206 WP No. 25968 of 2024 4. The entire exercise of preparation of missing record shall be made by respondent No.3 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and thereafter intimate respondent No.4 to mutate the name of the petitioner, if found eligible, in accordance with law. 5.
