The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the representation made by the petitioner herein produced at Annexure H, J and K. 3. Sri.B.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure-E), passed by the respondent No.2 and submitted that, the genuineness of the grant made in favor of the petitioner has been considered and the respondent No.2 has directed the Tahasildar Yelahanka Taluk, to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 4.
