CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.26334 OF 2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in respect of the land admeasuring in Sy. 886/B2A admeasuring Ac. 6.43 cents, situated at Velpanur Village, Velugode Mandal, Nandyal District and without any notice or without following due process of law and violation of Principles of Natural Justice as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and the Petitioners Rights violative of Articles 14 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India. Consequently, direct the Respondents not to interfere/dispossess with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner property in respect of the land admeasuring in Sy.No.886/B2A admeasuring Ac.6.43 cents, situated at Velpanur Village, Velugode Mandal, Nandyal District.
