Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. On 28.07.2025 at about 7:00 p.m. robbery was committed in the CSP centre of the informant. The accused persons looted Rs.2,00,000/- and mobile phones from there. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on Test Identification Parade. It was further submitted that Rs.5000/- is alleged to have been recovered from his possession but the same belongs to the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara, in connection with Karmatanr P.S.
