Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Charhi P.S. Case No. 92/2024, registered for the offence under sections 191(2), 190, 127, 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 191(3), 132 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. The petitioner along with the accused persons were apprehended by Charhi police while they were transporting coal on their cycle and motorcycle. It is alleged that the accused persons also roughed up the police personnels due to which they sustained simple injuries. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than three months. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag or his successor in connection with Charhi P.S.
