Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sundarpahari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 980 of 2025 (T.R. No. 1920 of 2025) for the offences registered under section 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. On 07.07.2025, petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the 17 years daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that she was having love affairs with the petitioner and she has left the lawful guardianship, according to her own wish. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Sundarpahari P.S.
