This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The Petitioner in this writ petition has sought for the following relief:- “It is therefore prayed that in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue notice to the Opposite Parties and to direct the Authorities to take appropriate action against the Opposite Party No. 2 Union in continuation of an illegal strike and for declaration of the JKPM Employees' Union having evidently violated the scope and objectives of the Trade Unions Act, 1926 for which it had been granted the Certificate of Registration and for causing immediate revocation thereof; And if the Opposite Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the Hon'ble Court may make the said notice absolute. And may pass any other order(s), direction(s), writ(s) as this Hon'ble Court may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” puspa 3.
