Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Smt. Meenakshi Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Latehar. 3. On 13.04.2025, father of the informant was murdered. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have committed the murder of the deceased. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State after going through the case diary has submitted that a bloodstained shirt was recovered on the basis of confession of co-accused, who is father of the petitioner. 5. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
