Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 111(2) (ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66(B) (C) (D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. On 27.02.2025, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in the house of accused Ibrahim Ansari, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, three mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2025. It was further submitted that co-accused Ibrahim Ansari has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
