The Court made the following: 2 VS,J CC No.4248 of 2024 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.599 of 2018 on 29.02.2024, wherein this Court passed the following interim order: “….directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to pay the admitted amount of Rs.3,23,625/- to the petitioner, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application for claiming the EMD amount, if necessiated.” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Ch.Naidu, learned counsel representing respondents No.1 to 3 has furnished a copy of the letter addressed by the Executive Engineer, APEWIDC, Ananthapuramu, vide Rc.No.10/HD/Court Cases/2024-2025, dated 27.02.2025, wherein it is mentioned that the petitioner was already paid an amount of Rs.2,83,324.64 paise through CFMS, vide Token No.2024-2345876, and the same was also endorsed by the petitioner on 24.02.2025. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case as the order passed by this Court has been complied with, which was also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the fact that the order dated 29.02.2024 in W.P.No.599 of 2018 passed by this court, has been complied with by the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed.
