Civil Writ Petition No.7117/2002 which came to be dismissed due to non-prosecution vide order dated 01.05.2024. 2. It has been submitted that writ petition was filed by petitioner through power of attorney Holder Shri Irsad Ali who passed away in month of January 2024 and due to such reason, no one appeared on behalf of petitioner, therefore, the writ [2025:RJ-JP:9742] (2 of 2) [WRES-1181/2024] petition came to be dismissed for non-prosecution on 01.05.2024, however, restoration application has been filed by petitioner himself under the signature and affidavit of the petitioner. 3. In view of above mentioned reasons, delay in filing restoration application is condoned and the instant restoration application is allowed. S.B.
