It has been asserted that the mother of the applicant was ill. She was admitted in Mahadev Hospital on 2.9.2025, where she was operated and discharged on 4.9.2025. The petitioner has spent huge amount for the surgery of his mother and he could not comply with the order passed by this Court due to the paucity of money. Hence the application. Considering the fact that the illness is a circumstance beyond the control of a person, the present application is allowed and the time to comply with the order dated 6.8.2025 is extended by three weeks. Present application stands disposed of. Cr. Revision No. 432 of 2025 Record of learned Trial Court is awaited.
