The applicant may exercise any other remedy available to him in law challenging the order passed by the District Inspector of Schools which the applicant pleads is in violation of the order of the Writ Court. On the pleadings, I do not consider it to be a case to register proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The application is dismissed.
