This writ petition has been filed with following prayer:- "1-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the judgment and order dated 18.02.2025 passed by respondent no.2, against the petitioner in Case No.11 of 2025(State Vs. Betu Sachan @ Prashant Sachan), Police Station Sajeti, District Kanpur Nagar. 2- Issue any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.3 not to be take any coercive action against the petitioner in Case No.11 of 2025(State Vs. Betu Sachan @ Prashant Sachan), Police Station Sajeti, District Kanpur Nagar" 3. Impugned order dated 18.02.2025 has been passed by the Additional Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar. 4. The petitioner has alternative remedy of filing appeal under section 6 of U.P. Control of Gunda Act, before the Commissioner of the Division. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of aforesaid alternative remedy to the petitioner.
