The order dated 05.05.2025 has also been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 05.05.2025 on merits before the appropriate Court.
