Except the said statement of LW1, there is no materI-al tO connect the petitioner herein to the aforesaid crime. The petitioner Its working as a physical Director at an Engineering college in Guntur, whereas, the aforesaI'd inCI|dent Said to have taken place jn Rajamahendravaram.
